Used Curriculum Sale Guidelines

Sellers:

  • Submit your books for sale by filling out a Used Curriculum Sale Form on-line.
  • Follow the instructions on the form. Please list the book TITLE (as written in the CDCS Curriculum List) and PRICE.
  • Price books in DOLLAR or 25 CENT increments.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your form is submitted.
  • Submissions are due by Tuesday, May 1st at midnight.
  • The list of books for sale will be compiled and made available to all CDCS families on Wednesday, May 2nd.
  • Buyers will contact you directly via e-mail to purchase curriculum. Once your curriculum has sold, you will have to respond to all other inquires to let them know the item is sold.
  • We will meet to swap books and payment on Wednesday, May 9th @ First Pres. from 9 a.m. until 11:00 a.m in the CDCS breezeway.
  • Arrive at 8:45 a.m. to set-up your books. Tables will be provided. Use a sticky note to label each book (or stack of books) with the buyers’ name. An envelope will be provided to collect money from the buyers.
  • You can stay with your books and envelope OR you can leave it and come back at the end of the swap time.
  • If you want to arrange to swap books/money at another time, you may do that on your own.
  • You are responsible for getting your envelope and any leftover books at 11:00 a.m.
  • Sellers may ask a friend to drop-off and pick-up books/payment.

  • Bring exact payment for each of the sellers you are purchasing curriculum from. You will find each seller’s books and an envelope on a table. Find your book(s), which will be labeled with a sticky note, and put your payment in the seller’s envelope.
  • If you want to arrange to swap books/money at another time, you may do that on your own.

 

What Can You Sell:

Any curriculum on the 2018-19 Coram Deo book list, any science or history books that will be used in upcoming years (i.e. MOH, SoW, AIG, Apologia, etc.), and any literature books (novels, readers, classics, etc.)

 

Uniform Swap:

Bring any CDCS approved uniform pieces and CDCS t-shirts/sweatshirts to swap or donate. Clothing can be dropped and swapped during the swap time (9-11). You DO NOT have to bring an item to take an item. This is an opportunity to bless each other! You can find the CDCS dress code here

  • Donate a CDCS uniform piece that your student has outgrown
  • Take a CDCS uniform piece that your student can wear… FREE!
