Dr. Tinsley graduated from the University of GA with a B.S. and M.S. in Environmental Soil and water quality. She received her Ph.D. at VA Tech in Environmental Water Quality through a full fellowship. She also took courses in Teaching College. When she moved to Barnesville, GA, she began teaching at Gordon College. She came to Coram Deo in 2004 and started as a 5th/6th-grade teacher. Over the years, she became head of the school and the logic and rhetoric history teacher. She and her husband Scott have nine children together, seven of whom have attended Coram Deo. She enjoys jogging, biking, hiking, and traveling.
Mrs. Alton has a great love of science because she feels it truly reflects an amazing Creator. She has a B.S. in Biology from Kennesaw State University and a Masters of Medical Science from Emory School of Medicine. She is a physician assistant practicing Emergency Medicine. Her goal is to let her love of science and its Designer spill over into her classroom. She and her family attend Heatherwood Baptist Church.
Mrs. Burlaga attended Coram Deo and graduated in 2017. She went on to earn a B.A. in Humanities with a Minor in Classical Language from Boyce College, a Christian Liberal Arts College in Kentucky. She was hired to teach Latin at Coram Deo in January of 2021, and by the end of 2022 completed her M.A. in English. Erin and her husband were blessed in August 2022 with their first daughter. She also enjoys time with her family, documentaries, Latin derivatives/etymology, cooking, and reading.
Mrs. Bush received her Liberal Arts degree from Delta College in California. She then earned a B.A. in English from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She moved to Georgia and taught preschool and kindergarten at a local Christian school. Krissy and her husband Tracy have two sons, both are students at Coram Deo. She and her family attend FBC PTC where together they are small group leaders in Student Ministry. She also enjoys time with her family, reading, exercising and traveling.
Mrs. Coffee attended North Georgia College where she received a B.A. degree in English with a minor in secondary education. She taught high school English in the public school system and worked as a Constituent Services Representative for Senator Paul Coverdell at his Atlanta office before having children. She loves American and Southern Lit and spends her free time reading, traveling, and spending time with her family on their farm. Amy and her husband have four children, and they are members of White Oak A.R.P. Church in Senoia.
Mrs. Garrett graduated from Atlanta Christian College in 2003 with a BA in Business Administration. She and her husband married in 2008. They have two children. She joined the Coram Deo family as a parent when her daughter started Kindergarten. Three years later, she joined the teaching staff as the Kindergarten teacher, and has enjoyed every minute of it. She and her family attend Sovereign Hope Church in Senoia, where her husband serves alongside the elders. The Garretts enjoy time together as a family as well as spending time with their church family.
Mr. Howell graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a B.S. in Christian Ministries with a minor in music in 2004 and from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with an M.Div. in Advanced Biblical Studies in 2007. He has previously served as a youth pastor for various local churches in GA. He has taught a variety of subjects in classical schools such as Bible, literature, history, government, economics, logic, philosophy and grammar. He is married to Tara and together they have five children.
Mrs. Lupo graduated with her Bachelors and Master degrees in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech. She is married to Todd, who is also an engineer. She worked as a Project Engineer before coming to Coram Deo. A mother of 3, she has been blessed to be a stay-at-home mom for the past 14 years. Anne tutors all levels of math. Her family is active in their church, Evergreen Church of Peachtree City.
Mrs. Marcum graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Music degree (with a double major in Piano Pedagogy and Vocal Performance) from Columbia College in South Carolina in 1987. She received her Master of Music Education degree in Piano from Belmont University in Nashville in 1995. She and her husband, Michael, have four children with three of them graduating from Coram Deo. She and her husband are members of Faith Bible Church. As a family, they enjoy playing music and spending time together.
Mrs. Peeler received a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Bob Jones, her M.A. in Education from GA State University and her Education Specialist degree at West GA University. She retired from teaching in 2020, and then she realized she missed teaching. She joined Coram Deo in 2022. She loves books and teaching students to read. She is married to Allen and they are members of Faith Bible Church where they teach Sunday school together. They have three grown children.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of West Georgia and a Master of Science from Tennessee State University. After studying Chemistry, she later graduated with a degree in Nursing and also works part time as a Nurse Practitioner. She is married to Adam Peeler and has nine children. They attend Carriage Lane Presbyterian Church in Peachtree City.
Mr. Plunkett grew up in Jonesboro and graduated from GA Tech twice! His first degree is a BS in Mechanical Engineering and the second degree is a Masters in Mathematics. He enjoys exercising, basketball, short term missions and reading. He attends New Hope Baptist Church.
Ms. Saba thoroughly enjoyed attending Coram Deo in her high school years. She graduated from Coram Deo as the valedictorian of the 2010 class. Katie then attended the University of West Georgia and graduated in December 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in English Education. She accepted a position as a middle school English teacher at a charter school for her first two years of teaching and has been teaching at Coram Deo since 2018. In her spare time, Katie serves in her church and is currently enrolled as a graduate student in the Christian Classical Studies program at New Saint Andrews College. She also enjoys running, baking, good stories, and dinners with family.

After 10 years as an administrator for Coram Deo, she has taken on the role as our Classical Coordinator providing faculty development and classical enrichment for our teachers. She loves teaching and teaches lower math. She is a life long learner who loves to help children see God in all subjects.

She grew up in Columbus, Georgia, and graduated from Furman University in 1999, Summa Cum Laude, with degrees in German and Cognitive Psychology. She and her husband Jeff have three sons and are members of Faith Bible Church in Sharpsburg. Alicia enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, traveling, and music.

She is married to Dr. Eric Storey, a local veterinary ophthalmologist, and has two boys. She taught for four years at a Christian Classical school in Baton Rouge, LA, before moving to Griffin, GA in 2016 where she continued to classically educate her children. The boys have been at Coram Deo since 2019, and she has been teaching Math 3 at Coram Deo since 2021. In 2022 she accepted the position of K-7 Administrator and looks forward to continuing to serve children and their families in Classical Christian Education.

He spent 25 years in the corporate world as a computer programmer and has taught science, math, and Bible to high school students in the Coweta-Fayette area since 2015. His love for teaching is fueled by a desire to direct students to the glorious God who designed the laws and principles which guide the physical universe. He and his wife, Lori, have three sons.
